Meet & Lease Requirements

Register to be a part of the Meet & Lease Event by December 15th

Waive application fee for each unit
-
Each available unit must pass a Housing Quality Standards Inspection (HQS)

Units must be available for inspection December 1st – December 8th

The primary advantage to you in renting your property through the Housing Choice Voucher Program is timely and direct program payments each month. We will pay a portion of each month’s rent based on the tenant’s monthly income. If a Housing Choice Voucher family selects your unit during the event, they can get Leased Up on the spot.
