The Housing Authority of Prince George’s County is looking to partner with you in providing safe, decent, and affordable housing for residents in Prince George’s County. The goal of this event is to Connect Select Landlords with Qualified Tenants and Get Them Leased Up On-site!!!
Meet & Lease BENEFITS

HAPGC will pre-inspect all of your vacant/available unit(s)

HAPGC will pre-qualify the rent you requested for pre-approval

HAPGC will expedite the Lease-Up process for Move-In
-
HAPGC invited families to the event whose security deposits will be paid to the landlord by Prince George's County Government
Meet & Lease Requirements

Register to be a part of the Meet & Lease Event by June 27th
-
Each available unit must pass a Housing Quality Standards Inspection (HQS)

Units must be available for inspection June 20th – June 27th

Email JDBrown1@co.pg.md.us with questions about your inspection

Landlords should be prepared to make on the spot offers to families

Landlords should have laptops and their units ready to be viewed (online or in-person) by prospective tenants

Landlords must REGISTER and provide the full address of all units, the asking rent, and the date of availability to pre-inspect the unit
